Introducing Sonia Majkic
Sonia’s journey into the world of sales and marketing started when she was just 12 years old. Armed with a few essential oils, some creativity, and a budding entrepreneurial spirit, she began making and selling her own potpourri products to her neighbors. Even at that young age, she wasn’t just selling items, she was offering solutions, connecting her love for creating with a passion for helping others find value in what she made.
Over the next 25 years, Sonia’s love for marketing only grew. She explored every corner of the field, working in radio, TV, and eventually transitioning into digital marketing as the landscape evolved. She witnessed firsthand how businesses either adapted or fell behind as consumer behavior shifted toward the digital world. At one company, Sonia faced intense resistance to this change, management refused to embrace online marketing, and she watched as the business suffered from their unwillingness to evolve. It was then she realised she needed to help more businesses transition to the online world.
Sonia founded her own marketing agency, one that would champion the power of digital marketing and guide companies into the future. She believes wholeheartedly that marketing is the engine that drives business growth. In a fast-paced, ever-changing world, businesses needed to keep up with the speed of consumers—and she knew how to make that happen.
That’s how 3 Phase Marketing was born. Inspired by the concept of “3-phase power” an energy force used to drive industries forward. Sonia created an agency that delivers the same kind of energy to businesses, accelerating their growth and propelling them to new heights. It’s not just about keeping up with change; it’s about leading it.
